Tinetik is a ghost. Tinetik is a ghost from the molecular family.

Tinetik is a Level 7 wild ghost from the molecular family.

In "Cactinetik", it was awakened from its nest after Andy Baker accidentally threw a bag of flour at Newton's cradle when he was aiming for Drake Miller. It later merged with a barrel cactus and briefly became Cactinetik.

Appearance

Kawai mode

Tinetik resembles a metal sphere with two smaller spheres for limbs. It has bright green eyes, black scleras, a green tongue, and two white upper fangs. Whenever it builds kinetic energy by hitting itself with its limbs and starts bouncing around, the ghost's entire body turns reddish-orange.

As Cactinetik

Upon merging with a barrel cactus, the ghost's entire body changed to resemble its receptacle. The front of the cactus became its face, with a pink flower on top of its head. It had a flowerpot for a body and three roots sticking out that served as its tentacles. The shape of its fangs also changed from triangular to square.

History

Bridge episodes

At an unknown point, Tinetik found Newton's cradle and began using it as a nest. In "Cactinetik", Professor Pascal brought the device to the NYC school for his physics class. When his students later arrived at the classroom and were about to settle in, Andy Baker angrily threw a bag of flour at Drake Miller as retaliation for buying Roland's entire hot dog stock before class. He missed his aim when Liv tried to stop him and the bag ended up hitting Newton's cradle instead. This awakened Tinetik who proceeded to terrorize the students by bouncing around the classroom before leaving the school.

By the time the Ghostforce arrived, Tinetik created chaos at East 57th Street by turning all the traffic lights green at an intersection and scaring everyone near the NYC Dunk. The ghost had ingested enough fear from the civilians that it merged with an elderly woman's barrel cactus and became Cactinetik. When an impatient Fury began to recklessly fight the ghost, it absorbed kinetic energy from his attacks and created multiple cactus balls that bounced everywhere in Manhattan, with one struck Glowboo and shut him down.

Later, Cactinetik was at Times Square gleefully watching its cactus balls pricking everyone at 5th Avenue when Fury suddenly appeared and taunted it. Fury then lured Cactinetik away from the people and headed to where Myst and Krush were. Myst opened two spectral gates near Cactinetik for Krush to fire two fractal blasts that hit both sides of the ghost's face. It absorbed the kinetic energy from the fractal blasts to create two cactus balls, but Fury used his flexible slime and made the balls hit Cactinetik as a counter-attack, closing the overload against Cactinetik and stunning it. Fury then released Dragoyle and deboosted Tinetik to its kawai mode before capturing it, restoring Manhattan to normal. Tinetik was later sent to the Ghost Cloud where it now resides with the other captive ghosts.

Abilities

Tinetik can build kinetic energy by hitting itself with its limbs before bouncing around its surroundings. It would propel itself at a phenomenal speed by ricocheting solid objects to create chaos in its path. As Cactinetik, it could create durable cactus balls every time it absorbs kinetic energy from an attack. The cactus balls will fire out of its body and bounce everywhere in its surroundings. The sky had also turned green the more cactus balls being created by the ghost. Any sentient beings who got hit by a cactus ball will get painfully covered in needles and won't be able to move physically.
