Dragoyle is a recurring yet pivotal character of Ghostforce. It is a tamed ghost from the flexible family. It is currently being stored inside its Boo Cap to provide the Boo Energy for Fury's medallion.
When the situation calls for it, Dragoyle is released from its Boo Cap by Fury for his finishing move to weaken a wild ghost that terrorizes Manhattan.
Appearance
Kawai mode
In its kawai form, Dragoyle resembles a green wyvern, a dragon with two front legs and a pair of wings. It has lime eyes with dark green sclera. It has two horns on its head, pointy ears, and two front legs with three lime-green claws. Its wings are made out of flexible slimes.
Booster mode
In its booster mode, Dragoyle sprouts back legs with two lime green claws that resemble the traditional depiction of a dragon. It also has a mouth of fangs.
Personality
As a tame ghost, Dragoyle is fully aware that its role is to help the Ghostforce capture every wild ghost in Manhattan. Whenever it is released from its Boo Cap, Dragoyle would immediately goes to booster mode upon ingesting a wild ghost's fear and helps its owner unboost said wild ghost back to its kawai mode. Dragoyle would then unboost itself and goes back to its Boo Cap to sleep until its next release. Based on how it is depicted in promotional artwork, Dragoyle seems to be friendly and energetic.
Abilities
- Flight: Dragoyle can fly in its kawai and booster form.
- Intangibility: Dragoyle can phase through walls, floors, and generally solid objects. The only exception is when it is inside its Boo Cap.
- Flexi Slime: As a power source for Fury, Dragoyle can breathe green slime from its mouth that can be flexible.
- Flexi Shield: Assuming it has the same powers as Fury, Dragoyle can use its slime to create a shield to defend itself.
- Dexterity: According to the 2021 Ghostforce brand deck by Ypsilon Films, Dragoyle's powers provide dexterity for Fury. This power allows Miss Jones to create Fury's Flexy Beam.[1]

While Dragoyle is barely seen interacting with its owner due to it being always kept inside its Boo Cap, the ghost understands its role is to provide Fury's finishing move to fully weaken a wild ghost before its capture. Upon releasing from its Boo Cap, Dragoyle would help Fury by firing slime from its mouth to unboost a wild ghost back to its kawai mode.

Trivia
- Dragoyle's name is a play on the word "gargoyle". It resembles a dragon in both its kawai and booster modes, but the "-goyle" part of its name seems to be referring to its power to fire slime from its mouth similar to how gargoyles were designed to be a building's waterspouts.
- Andy seems to have chosen Dragoyle as his tamed ghost because of his fondness for dragons.
- Dragoyle is currently the only known ghost from the flexible family to be boosted upon ingesting enough fear instead of merging with a receptacle.
- Despite appearing in repeated cutscenes where it would be summoned by Fury, Dragoyle made its first official appearance in "Scorpod" where it was asleep in its Boo Cap while its Boo Energy recharged its owner's medallion.
- Dragoyle and Flame are the only known ghosts to have a similar appearance to dragons. Ironically, despite they are from different families, Dragoyle was summoned by Fury to weaken Flame in its booster mode.
- Despite Fury capturing the titular ghosts in "Bananice" and in "Glougloux", Dragoyle wasn't summoned when he captured them. Although it's justifiable for Glougloux since Fury simply threw a regular Boo Cap at it.
